Taekwondo

Classes are Mon-Weds-Fri from 6:30 to 7:30. We are a multi-age class, ranging from white belts up to 2nd Dan Black Belt. Activities include conditioning, stretching, Poomsae (forms), cardio, sparring, kicking, and self-defense.

 

 

Tiger Lilies

 

Tigers Lilies is a cardio TKD + self defense class offered at the Brookside Wellness Center on Saturdays from 12 - 1 for the months of January and February, perhaps beyond. Activities includes stretching, cardio, conditioning, blocking and striking drills on training pads, and self-defense. This is less combat-based than the core Soaring Eagles classess and does not involve uniforms or belts. 

House Warrior

 

For an hourly rate, you can hire Krista McGrath, head instructor, to your home gym, school, or community group for self-defense and/or cardio TKD.
